We serve the Marylebone area most days, form 8am to 8pm and we aim to arrive within a two hour window.
E.g. You will be able to book 8am – 10am time slot for a pickup on a Monday; and delivery on Wednesday.

We are in the hart of the West End and do all of our cleaning on-premises; right here at 16 Hide St, W1U 2BB.
Our store basement is fully equipped with latest computer controlled washers, dryers, dry cleaning machine, sheet press, shirt unit and much more.
Wet Cleaning
Our store is equipped with the latest wet cleaning machines. Wet cleaning is our go-to cleaning method, it is the non-toxic alternative to dry cleaning and replaces traditional dry cleaning and laundry.
Unfortunately, currently, not all items being manufactured are suitable for wet cleaning. Fortunatly we have over 40 years of experience and knowledge to decide.
Dry Cleaning
We also provide a “traditional” dry cleaning service for items which are dry clean only and not suitable for wet cleaning; unfortunatly manufacturers are still producing such items but situation is slowly changing.
Our dry cleaning is very different. We do not use Perc (Perchloroethylene) chemical which is currently used by 90% of dry cleaners and it is a proven toxin and known carcinogen. We do not understand how or why this toxic chemical is still widely used in the UK. It has been banned in France from January 2022.
At dhobees we use a chemical called HiGlo for dry cleaning items not suitable for wet cleaning. HiGlo is odourless, 100% biodegradable, and an environmentally-friendly alternative to Perc. It is much more human, skin and earth friendly – but our go-to cleaning method will always be wet cleaning; it is the future.
